For two consecutive years ERA Elite Group, REALTORS® has received the Jim Jackson Memorial Award for Customer Satisfaction. No other company in the history of the ERA Franchise System has ever won this prestigious award twice, much less in consecutive years. Jim Jackson Memorial Award honors the Member Broker Office that best demonstrates ERA, 1ST IN SERVICE and 1ST IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. This award is based on how the consumers rated their buying or selling experience when working with our agents, agent teams and companies.

How are the Buyer Satisfaction and Seller Satisfaction Surveys sent out? At the end of each transaction, a Buyer or Seller Survey is sent to the consumer asking their level of satisfaction with their ERA Sales Associate and ERA Company. After the survey is sent out, the consumer returns their completed survey in a postage paid envelope to our fulfillment house who tabulates the results through a scanning process.

ERA Elite Group, REALTORS® was recognized by the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce as the New Small Business of the Year in 1993, an award never before given to a real estate company.

ERA Franchise Systems honored ERA Elite Group, REALTORS® as the ERA Broker of the Year in 1993 with the prestigious Gene Francis Award. The Gene Francis Award is the highest award given by ERA to a member broker.
